Role Description
In this 12-month fixed-term role, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients, providing expert HR support across employee relations, change programmes and people initiatives. Working alongside an experienced team and using market-leading technology, you'll build strong client relationships, deliver practical HR solutions, and become a trusted partner to your clients.
Salary
£40,000 basic plus commission (OTE £52,000 including commission) per annum

What We’re Looking For
This role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to partner with clients across a wide range of people matters. We're looking for someone who is confident managing complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, appeal, redundancy and TUPE processes, while ensuring clients remain compliant with employment legislation and best practice. You'll also support organisations through change management projects, working closely with senior leaders to provide practical advice, develop people strategies and help deliver positive outcomes for both businesses and their employees.
Alongside this, you'll support clients with their training, development and recruitment needs, from helping to design and deliver workshops to managing recruitment campaigns and sourcing strong candidates. Working as part of a supportive HR team, you'll also oversee the preparation of employment documentation, contracts, policies and letters, while coordinating absence management and occupational health referrals where required. This is a collaborative role that would suit someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, providing exceptional service, and making a genuine difference to the organisations they support.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring senior-level HR experience, including managing complex employee relations cases, leading change programmes, and developing people strategies. You will have strong knowledge of employment legislation, a pragmatic approach to its application, and a high aptitude for technology.
You'll also be a strong relationship builder who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused culture and enjoys working in partnership to deliver positive business outcomes.
