HR Solutions Analyst

What you'll do:
- Serve as an internal consultant by partnering with clients within Global Human Resources (GHR) and the wider business to lead and deliver a variety of strategic engagements, including transformation initiatives, process improvements, new service launches, and regulatory programmes.
- Support the planning, design, development, and execution of engagement activities by gathering and analysing both qualitative and quantitative data to produce insightful findings and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate the delivery of interviews, focus groups, listening sessions, and collaborative workshops with stakeholders at all levels to ensure comprehensive input into project deliverables.
- Contribute actively to communities of practice within HR Solutions such as change management & communications, process excellence, organisational design, experience & design thinking to foster continuous improvement.
- Champion the adoption of HR Solutions’ methodologies among HR colleagues and business partners by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices throughout the organisation.
- Assist in executing cyclical HR processes such as year-end reviews or talent assessments by providing robust analytical support and ensuring timely completion of key milestones.
- Utilise your technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to create compelling presentations, reports, dashboards, and other deliverables that communicate complex information clearly.
- Engage with global teams across multiple time zones (Americas, APAC, EMEA), demonstrating flexibility in scheduling meetings and maintaining strong connectivity with international colleagues.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail when managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment while upholding MUFG’s standards for quality and compliance.
- Proactively identify alternate paths or options for achieving project objectives when faced with ambiguity or changing requirements.

What you bring:
- Demonstrated experience delivering results within high-pressure environments characterised by matrixed structures and competing priorities.
- Exposure to one or more core areas of Human Resources such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organisational Culture, Performance Management, Reward Systems, HR Business Partnering or Analytics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that enable you to convey complex ideas clearly while fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
- A proven track record of working effectively across cultures within global organisations—showcasing sensitivity towards different perspectives and practices.
- Solid understanding of fundamental HR functions coupled with the ability to analyse data sets critically in order to formulate evidence-based recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint for presentations; Excel for analysis; Word for documentation; Outlook/Teams for communication).
- Familiarity with productivity-enabling or analytics tools such as Copilot or Power BI would be advantageous but not essential for success in this position.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience relevant to Human Resources or related fields is required.
- Strong organisational skills allowing you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising accuracy or quality standards.
- A resourceful mindset that enables you to identify creative solutions when navigating ambiguity or evolving project requirements.
