Nottingham (NG7) £13.80 - £16 per hour DOE
Temporary Assignment until December 2026
Hybrid working - with occasional travel to their offices in Warwickshire
Macildowie are working with this client based in Nottingham to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator for an immediate opportunity within a fast-paced and growing organisation.
This is an exclusive opportunity with interviews taking place this week and a planned start date for next week, making it an excellent role for candidates who are immediately available or coming to the end of a current assignment.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support across the HR function, ensuring employee records are maintained accurately and supporting the wider team with day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Producing HR documentation including contracts, letters, and employee correspondence
- Supporting onboarding and new starter administration
- Assisting with absence management and holiday records
- Managing HR inbox queries and responding in a timely manner
- Supporting recruitment administration and interview coordination
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
- General administrative support to the HR team
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Assistant role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Available to interview immediately and start next week

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
- Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
