At SYOS Aerospace, we’re not just building another aerospace company. We’re building autonomous technology across air, land and sea - and scaling fast. Our UK team is growing, our engineering programmes are expanding, and we’re building the people, culture and processes to support that growth. That’s where you come in.

About The Role

We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who wants more than administration. You’ll play a key role in helping build the employee experience at SYOS, from attracting great people and coordinating recruitment, through to onboarding, employee support, compliance and offboarding. You’ll work closely with our People & Culture team, hiring managers, employees and leadership, giving you genuine exposure to a fast-moving engineering and technology business. No two days will be the same. One day you could be coordinating interviews and security checks; the next, supporting onboarding, improving an HR process or helping a manager navigate an employee matter.

If you’re organised, people-focused and enjoy making things happen, this is an opportunity to have real impact.

Contract: Fixed-term contract, up to 12 months

Hours: Part-time or full-time considered, from 20 to 40 hours per week

Location: Fareham, UK, note this is an on-site role

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
