Job Description

A member of the local HR operations team, responsible for the delivery of key HR services and processes.

The HR Coordinator provides transactional and administrative support for processes covering the full employment life cycle.

Supports continuous improvement initiatives to ensure processes are efficient and effective.

Provides a high level of customer service to a variety of stakeholders including new hires, employees, line managers, and HR business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial response, support, and administration to Employee and Manager queries about HR-related issues within the case management system
  • Coordinate, conduct, and support with auditing
  • Support expanding work scope and creating new processes with international groups
  • Designated subject matter expert and focal point for assigned processes; support training of new team members
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure processes are efficient and effective; seek customer feedback and incorporate best practices
  • Periodically provide backup coverage for Employee Solutions Team Lead
  • Responsible for processing job openings, issuing contracts, and conducting inductions for new hires
  • Prepares and issues letters and other HR documents for Employees as required during the full employee life cycle
  • Process and maintain documentation for absences, medicals, benefits, and right to work checks
  • Maintains confidential information safely by following General Data Protection (GDPR) regulations
  • Assist with any other duties as and when required

Required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience in HR is essential
  • Competent using Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • General Standard Grade English or equivalent
  • General Standard Grade Administration related subject or equivalent
