Part-Time HR Coordinator
Castle Donington
Approx. 22 Hours Per Week (3 days) - Primarily site-based with 1 day home working, and flexible working days

We are seeking a Part-Time HR Coordinator to join a successful and growing business based in Castle Donington. Working approximately 22 hours across 3 days per week, this role offers flexibility around which days you work, making it ideal for those seeking a better work-life balance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong HR administration experience with a high level of IT proficiency. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining HR systems, developing digital resources, supporting onboarding processes and helping to drive improvements across HR administration and employee communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full administration process for new starters, leavers and employee changes
- Coordinating onboarding activities and preparing employment documentation
- Maintaining accurate HR records and employee data across HR systems
- Creating, developing and managing HR content within SharePoint and other digital platforms
- Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
- Producing HR reports, metrics and management information
- Managing employee communications, policies and HR documentation
- Supporting health & safety administration and compliance activities
- Providing general HR support to employees and managers

About You
This role will suit someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and particularly comfortable working with technology.
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator position
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent IT literacy and confidence working with HR systems and databases
- Experience creating, updating and maintaining SharePoint sites, intranet content or digital employee resources
- Comfortable learning new software and introducing more efficient ways of working
- Experience managing onboarding documentation and employee records electronically
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
