This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HR Coordinator based in United Kingdom.
About the Role
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering smooth and reliable HR operations across an international organization.
- Support employees and leaders throughout the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
- The role combines hands-on HR administration, employee support, compliance, payroll coordination, and process improvement.
- You will work closely with HR leadership, employees, senior stakeholders, and external providers across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Your organization, discretion, and attention to detail will help ensure accurate records, effective processes, and a positive employee experience.
- You will also contribute to HR projects, engagement initiatives, and broader operational improvements.
- This is an opportunity to build broad international HR experience in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
Accountabilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and administrative follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employment documentation and required activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, documentation, and compliance information.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with external providers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist employees with visa, relocation, employment, and other HR-related documentation when required.
- Maintain HR policies, templates, processes, and compliance records across relevant entities and jurisdictions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to day-to-day employee HR questions and requests.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
- Assist with HR reporting, projects, and process improvement initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Head of HR, employees, and senior leadership to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for selected leadership and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
- Handle sensitive employee information with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, or a comparable HR role.
- Previous experience working in an international or multicultural environment, ideally supporting employees across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Professional, confident, and clear communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience using HRIS or other HR information systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard workplace productivity tools.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential employee and business information.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive, dependable, and service-oriented approach to supporting employees and HR stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute effectively to a collaborative international team.
