Fitch Group is currently seeking a 6 Month FTC HR Coordinator based out of our Manchester office.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Manage people-related processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, for the EMEA region.
  • Take ownership of HR queries and tasks, ensuring they are resolved accurately and promptly, escalating issues as needed.
  • Deliver a professional and high-quality service to stakeholders and employees.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of HR procedures and best practices.
  • Contribute to the execution and continuous improvement of HR Strategy.
