Description/Job Summary
To provide day to day support to the Europe HR team based in the London office.
Responsibilities/Duties
Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Coordinate key HR processes, including immigration, training sponsorship, secondments and parental leave.
- Prepare employment documentation, including probation completion letters, employment references, salary review and bonus communications, and contract variation letters.
- Support leaver processes by preparing letters and other documentation, scheduling exit interviews, and conducting exit interviews for professional staff.
- Act as the point of contact for queries about absences, manage the year-end holiday and carry-over process, and provide holiday accrual reports as required.
HR Systems, Data and Reporting
- Work with the HR Technology team to maintain accurate employee data in the HR system, including joiners, leavers, office transfers, changes to working patterns, personal details and absences.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports from Workday and other HR systems, analyse data to identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to support HR decision-making.
- Ensure that up-to-date records are filed in accordance with GDPR for all personnel.

Reward, Benefits And Performance
- Maintain employee benefits membership databases and process joiners, leavers and other amendments.
- Support performance review processes and manage associated documentation.
- Assist with annual salary and bonus review processes, including preparing standard documents and updating the HR system.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects as required, including research and change management initiatives.
Employee Relations
- Assist with conduct and capability, grievance and disciplinary matters, and a broad range of employee relations issues.
Learning, Development and Inclusion
- Assist with learning and development and inclusion initiatives as required.
Team Coordination and Stakeholder Support
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the HR Assistants and support their training and development.
- Provide support to the HR Managers and HR Specialists as required.
- Manage expense claims through Chrome River and coordinate invoice payments for the HR team.

Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Ability to support and develop junior team members and contribute positively to team morale.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to meet deadlines, prioritise and demonstrate excellent organisational skills;
- Good analytical, numerical and literacy skills.
- Strong IT skills, especially Word and Excel, and comfortable manipulating data. Prior experience of working with an HRIS is important. Experience in Workday preferred.
- Able to identify areas for improvement and efficiency in our working practice.

Salary and Benefits: Competitive
Hybrid: Monday-Thursday in office, ability to WFH on Fridays
