Are you an organised and proactive HR professional looking for a varied role where you can make a genuine impact?

What will the HR Coordinator role involve?
- Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting day-to-day HR administration
- Coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding and employee wellbeing initiatives
- Supporting the management and renewal of environmental and sustainability accreditations, including ISO 14001 and FuturePlus
- Assisting with environmental reporting requirements, including carbon emissions and packaging waste data
- Monitoring and reporting on sustainability KPIs to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners to support compliance and promote sustainable business practices

Suitable Candidate for the role of HR Coordinator:
- Previous experience within HR coordination is essential
- Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
- CIPD Level 3 qualified, or keen to work towards it
- An interest in sustainability, environmental compliance or ESG initiatives would be advantageous
Salary & Benefits for the role of HR Coordinator:
- £32,000 FTE (pro rata) - dependent on experience
- Part-time hours (15 hours per week)
- Office-based role in Chichester
