Prepworld is looking for a HR Coordinator!
Reporting to our Senior HR & Payroll Advisor
You will support the HR and Talent Advisors with the smooth and effective running of the HR department. To provide HR advice and support to the wider areas of the business.
To ensure that all administrative duties within the HR department are kept up to date and carried out within procedure.
Main Duties:
- Deliver inductions
- Production of general correspondence in line with HR requirements
- Deal with telephone queries
- Maintaining up to date personnel information
- Administering and tracking of medical questionnaires and Occupational Health
- Responding to references requests and proof of employment correspondence
- To administer and track new starter probationary review forms
- Taking notes for meetings as required
- Conducting exit interviews and coordinating the leaver process
- Completion of zero hours and holiday reports
- Ensuring best practice is adhered to at all times
- Create, organise and maintain employee files and records, including Contractual Changes
- Maintain and update the relevant HR databases including CIPHR and ensure records are accurate.
- To provide an end-to-end administration service for all employees
- Administration of the holiday system
- Ensure all employees have a contract of employment
- Right to Work Checks
- Completion of working time directives
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR Systems and practices
- General office administration and assisting with the day to day HR functions and duties
- Updating and maintenance of trackers
- Reporting on working time directives
- Data for Long service awards
- Archiving of all data, reports and files as required

Who we are looking for:
(Qualifications)
- CIPD L3 Qualified (desirable)
- HR or Business degree (desirable)
(Skills)
- Romanian Speaking (desirable)
- Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, HR Database, Word and Excel (essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
- Demonstrates a can-do attitude and is proactive and professional in all client contact, keeping confidentiality at the forefront of your mind
- Proven ability to work well under pressure
- Must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work productively in an environment of continuous change
- Must have attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks

(Experience)
- Minimum 1 years experience in a HR Department / Role (essential)

Salary: Starting at £27,945
Days and hours of work: Tuesday to Saturday, 08:00am - 17:00pm
Hybrid working: Available - 1 day per week working from home, after an initial training period full time in office
