HR Coordinator (6-months)

Reed Business Support are looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join a friendly and growing organisation, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring the smooth running of HR operations.
Day-to-Day of the Role
As An HR Coordinator, You'll Be At The Centre Of The People Function, Providing Essential Support Across a Variety Of HR Activities, Including
- Coordinating onboarding and inductions for new starters.
- Supporting recruitment activities, including interview scheduling.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
- Managing absence, holiday, and sickness records.
- Supporting employee relations processes and HR projects.
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.

What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous experience in an HR administration or HR coordination role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
- A CIPD qualification or working towards one would be advantageous.
