Description

The People Team is made up of more than 40 friendly and dedicated colleagues. Together, we support the firm across four key areas: Recruitment & Resourcing, Human Resources, People Analytics, and Talent Development.

This role sits within our six-person HR team. As an HR Coordinator, you will perform a range of regular and ad hoc tasks while acting as a key point of contact for employees across the firm. You will ensure the timely resolution of queries and requests, or where appropriate, direct them to the most suitable person or team.

As part of the People Team at MKS, you will have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects, developing your project management skills and increasing your visibility across the firm. The role also provides exposure to Employee Relations matters, allowing you to build and broaden your technical HR knowledge.

We are seeking a motivated and capable HR Coordinator who takes a proactive approach, demonstrates excellent attention to detail, and can effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The HR Coordinator will support the full employee lifecycle, providing operational and administrative HR support across the business. Working closely with another HR Coordinator and the wider HR team, you will play an important role in delivering an efficient and high-quality HR service to employees and managers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
