Pharo Management is a leading global macro hedge fund with a focus on emerging markets. Founded in 2000, the firm has offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Abu Dhabi, and currently manages $8 billion in assets across four funds. Pharo trades foreign exchange, sovereign and corporate credit, local market interest rates, commodities, and their derivatives. Job description:
We are looking for an organised and proactive HR professional to join our London office. This is a fast-paced role and the successful individual will play a key part in delivering first-class HR coordination for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple offices and time zones.
- Coordinate candidate assessments and administer assessment materials.
- Assist the Chief Administrative Officer with meeting coordination.
- Work closely with the wider HR team on ad hoc projects and initiatives that contribute to the continued development of the HR function.

Required qualities and skills:
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative or HR focused role, ideally in a similar environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to effectively execute on competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude with an ability to maintain discretion.
- High level of work ethic.
Work status and location:
Full time in London
