HR Coordinator - Solihull
As an HR Coordinator based in Solihull, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the human resources function, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. Your work will help keep the business organised and efficient, particularly within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
Client Details
An organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector located in Solihull. They are an industry leader, now seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team on a temp to perm basis, on a hybrid working schedule.
Description
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters.
- Manage disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and absence cases.
- Support recruitment campaigns for both hourly paid and salaried positions.
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding programmes for new starters.
- Ensure all employment contracts and HR documentation are issued accurately and on time.
- Conduct personnel file audits to ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Carry out exit interviews and analyse employee retention trends.
- Produce regular HR reports, metrics, and management information for stakeholders.
- Build effective relationships with managers, employees, and trade union representatives.
- Support the delivery of HR projects, initiatives, and organisational change programmes.

Profile
A Successful HR Coordinator Should Have
- Part CIPD qualified or currently studying towards a recognised HR qualification.
- Previous experience in a HR Generalist or HR Officer role.
- Proven experience managing high-volume employee relations casework.
- Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Highly organised, resilient, and able to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Job Offer
- An annual salary of £32000 - £37000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.
