Salary: £28,000 - £28,316
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
Contract: To cover maternity leave for 14 months

The role
As a HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our colleagues throughout every stage of their journey with CitySprint. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative support across the full colleague lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations administration and offboarding.
You’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues, managers and stakeholders, delivering a responsive, professional and people-focused service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and ensuring an excellent employee experience

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing comprehensive administration support across the entire colleague lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to offboarding
- Acting as the first point of contact for People Team queries from colleagues, managers and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate colleague records, HR systems and personnel files
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and new starter processes
- Assisting with payroll-related administration and ensuring data accuracy
- Preparing reports, collating data and producing information to support business decisions
- Supporting internal communications and People Team initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and employment legislation requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the colleague experience
- Supporting multiple projects and priorities within a busy, fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For
- Previous administration experience within a People, HR or Payroll function
- Understanding of the employee lifecycle and associated HR processes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience using HRIS systems would be advantageous
- A proactive, positive and customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for people
