About the role
The HR Coordinator will provide essential support to the Head of HR, ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes within REVIV Global. This role will suit someone with solid HR experience who can work fairly independently and support across a wide range of HR activity. The role will act as a point of contact for 1st line support, supporting recruitment, employee lifecycle, HR systems oversight, and key HR projects. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role is critical to the department's goal of enhancing HR operations and involves significant collaboration with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of HR initiatives.
Accountabilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job adverts and role profiles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct pre-employment checks, including references and right-to-work verifications.
- Support new hire onboarding and induction coordination to ensure a smooth integration into REVIV Global.

HR Systems & Data Management:
- Maintain and update HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain employee records and information.
- Support the continued maintenance and effective use of the HRIS, including BambooHR or other HR systems.
Employee Relations & HR Projects:
- Assist in the coordination of management training programs and performance management processes.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to various HR-related projects, supporting process improvements and organisational development.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for employee-related activities such as absence management, case management, flexible working requests, and other HR processes.
HR Administration:
- Provide administrative support such as drafting HR-related letters and documentation as required.
- Provide administrative support for HR meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up actions if required.
- Assist with benefits administration including Holidays, Eyecare scheme, Perkbox, etc.
- Support the coordination of payroll data collection and submission to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or HR Coordinator role.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office, with experience of BambooHR desirable.
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, changes to employment, and leavers.
- Experience supporting recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work fairly independently, manage priorities, and support across a wide range of HR activity.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Minimum CIPD Level 3
Working Basis
- This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week, 4 days per week. The working pattern can be agreed, subject to business needs.
- The role is hybrid, with a requirement to attend offices located in Hyde and Manchester as required.
Salary: up to £35,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time hours)
