About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Search. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and ongoing employee engagement. The HR Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring that HR processes are executed efficiently and accurately. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in HR administration and employee lifecycle management to make a meaningful impact within a supportive environment. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including external HR partners, to deliver a seamless HR service that aligns with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an HR support role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred, along with professional development such as CIPD qualification or ongoing CIPD studies.
- Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within operational, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors is advantageous, as is familiarity with HR systems and databases.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including vacancy approval, job advertisements, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring outcomes.
- Organize and facilitate onboarding activities to ensure new employees have a welcoming and engaging start to their roles.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing timely and professional support.
- Assist with employee relations matters, escalating issues when necessary and supporting resolution efforts.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Manage and update HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and management information to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR best practices, supporting the organization’s compliance efforts.
