HR Coordinator
Evolve is partnering with a market-leading ophthalmology organisation to recruit a HR Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support a range of HR and recruitment activities, ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Graduates are also encouraged to apply, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in HR.
This is a full-time hybrid role based at the company’s head office in the South East of the UK, with 2–3 days per week spent in the office.

Ideal Requirements for the HR Coordinator
- Relevant Qualifications: Ideally, you’ll have a business-related qualification with a specialisation in Human Resources, although graduates with a keen interest in HR are encouraged to apply.
- HR Experience: Previous experience across HR, recruitment, payroll or benefits administration would be advantageous.
- Strong Communication & Teamwork: A natural team player who builds positive working relationships, communicates effectively and enjoys sharing knowledge with others.
- Employment Law Knowledge: A good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices, with a willingness to keep up to date with changes.
- Organisation & Attention to Detail: Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Role Responsibilities for the HR Coordinator
- Recruitment Coordination: Work closely with Recruiting Managers and HR Business Partners to manage vacancies, identify the most effective advertising channels and coordinate appropriate selection methods.
- HR Support & Employee Relations: Provide guidance and administrative support to managers on a range of HR matters, including maternity leave, absence management, flexible working requests, parental leave and annual leave.
- HR Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across multiple CRM systems, conducting regular data audits and proactively resolving any discrepancies.
- Health & Safety Coordination: Support and coordinate company-wide Health & Safety initiatives and programmes, helping to promote a safe and compliant working environment.
