HR Coordinator (HR Systems & Process Improvement)

Location: Manchester – Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office) Package: Competitive salary + fantastic benefits package

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support efficient, accurate HR administration across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on HR systems, data quality, and process improvement.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, analysing processes, and driving improvements to enhance the employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line HR support to employees, managers, and HR teams
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, changes, promotions, leavers)
  • Produce contracts and letters, and maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant employee records
  • Maintain and update HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy
  • Support system changes, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution
  • Produce HR reports and support data analysis and audits
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Support HR projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

Essential:

  • Experience in an HR Administrator, Coordinator, or Shared Services role
  • Strong experience using HR systems and managing employee data
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel)
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in systems and processes

Desirable:

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Involvement in HR systems projects or system upgrades
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits processes
  • Understanding of GDPR and HR data governance
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards)
