HR Coordinator (Fast-Paced Office Role)

Bristol, office based role

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

With an expanding presence across the UK and overseas, we are looking for an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join our growing Bristol team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Human Resources within a fast-paced, ambitious, and people-focused business. You'll become a key member of our HR team, supporting employees and managers across the business while helping to deliver an outstanding employee experience.

As a bright and buzzy sales-led events company, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and the confidence to thrive in a busy office environment.

The Opportunity

As our HR Coordinator, you'll play an integral role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, maintain accurate employee records, and work closely with managers to support best practice across the business.

This is a full-time, office-based position located at our Bristol headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Produce employment contracts, offer letters, and contractual documentation
  • Process new starters, leavers, and internal employee changes
  • Manage probation review processes and ensure key HR milestones are completed
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers
  • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures
  • Support managers with absence management and performance processes
  • Maintain holiday, sickness, and absence records
  • Ensure HR processes remain compliant with UK employment legislation
  • Support right to work checks and visa compliance
  • Assist with HR administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Coordinator role
  • A good understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • A proactive, positive, and approachable attitude
  • Strong administrative and IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards one) is desirable but not essential
