About the Role
Parklands Care Homes is seeking an organised and proactive HR Coordinator to join our People Team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. Based at our Head Office in Grantown-on-Spey, you'll support the employee journey from recruitment and onboarding through to HR administration and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR administration or coordination experience, or an ambitious administrator looking to develop a career in HR.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, and providing candidate feedback.
- Support onboarding and maintain accurate employee records throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing professional and confidential support to managers and employees.
- Assist with the company's Skilled Worker Sponsorship Licence and associated compliance requirements.
- Produce monthly compliance reports and support managers with follow-up actions.
- Draft employment contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence.
- Take minutes during interviews and formal HR meetings when required.
- Support the wider HR team with projects and people initiatives.

Requirements
We're looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who can manage a busy workload with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion. Experience in HR administration or coordination is desirable but not essential.
