Role Purpose

We are seeking an HR Coordinator who will provide effective coordination and administrative support across HR processes. The role will support with day-to-day people operations, maintain HR records and systems, and work closely with employees and managers to help deliver an efficient and responsive HR service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for the HR department by managing the shared HR inbox for HR, L&D, and Recruitment queries, providing valuable advice and ensuring operational excellence
  • Manage operational processes for the employee life cycle including administration of employee contracts and documents, addendums and exit interviews
  • Act as a super user for the HR system (iTrent), maintaining accurate employee records at all times
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage the shared tracker
  • Administer employee benefits including enrolment, maintaining records
  • Produce and upkeep materials as required for legal compliance.
  • Support the HR team in developing and maintaining the employee handbook, to include coordinating and maintaining the content and all related document updates
  • Working with the HR team, review and embed HR processes
  • Support the HR team in the annual salary and bonus review processes
  • Provide logistical support for HR/L&D events as required

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstratable experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Ability to manage time, priorities, and workload effectively
  • Thrives working in a fast paced and ever-growing environment
