An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading global Hedge Fund for an administrative professional ready to take the next step in their career.

In this dynamic role you’ll collaborate with a wider HR team to deliver first class service across a variety of people projects, especially recruitment.

Based in Victoria, you’ll be joining a market leader with a strong corporate culture, attracting the best and brightest talent. This fast-paced, hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to support the growth of the company by facilitating hiring and on-boarding activity and other essential work related to the HR function.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling interviews with candidates at all levels across multiple offices, internal stakeholders and time zones.
  • Coordinating assessments including setting up online meetings, serving assessment materials and overseeing assessment taking online.
  • Working closely with the EA to the Chief Administration Officer to coordinate interview availability and team catch-ups
  • Work closely with the wider HR team on adhoc projects and hiring initiatives including staff well-being, campus recruitment and more

About You

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Experience coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments
  • Exposure to HR or Recruitment would be desirable
