Are you an experienced HR Coordinator or HR Officer looking for a role where you can broaden your HR advisory experience and work with a diverse range of organisations? We are working with a growing HR consultancy that provides practical, commercially focused and people-led HR support to a wide range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team and work closely with an experienced Senior HR Consultant, gaining exposure across HR operations, employee relations and advisory work.

The Role

As HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality HR service across a portfolio of clients. You will take ownership of day-to-day HR administration, act as a first point of contact for routine HR queries and confidently support managers with straightforward employee relations matters.

You will also have the opportunity to get involved in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, with more complex or sensitive matters supported by the Senior HR Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, offer letters, onboarding, probation and leavers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.
  • Produce HR reports, letters and management information.
  • Support payroll changes and benefits administration where required.
  • Provide first-line advice on day-to-day HR queries.
  • Support managers with absence, return-to-work, probation, performance and conduct matters.
  • Assist with first-stage investigations and prepare relevant documentation and outcome letters.
  • Coach managers on routine HR policies and procedures.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk employee relations matters appropriately.
  • Support wider HR projects and process improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
