ESCP Business School London is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our small HR team on a temporary basis covering a period of maternity leave, to help us continue to deliver an exceptional HR service across the School.

As a first point of contact for HR queries, you’ll provide responsive and professional support to colleagues across the School, while working closely with the wider HR team to deliver our departmental priorities.
This is a varied, hands-on generalist role offering exposure to the full employee lifecycle and the wider HR remit, including payroll administration, recruitment, onboarding and learning and development. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our day-to-day HR operations run smoothly and effectively.
