In conjunction with the other HR professionals, this role will be supporting all employee populations associated with UK based business units and functions. Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills is key. This role requires the incumbent to operate independently, flexibly and proactively with the ability to manage high volume workload, meeting deadlines as required.
This role is a FTC with a projected end date of February 2024.

- Respond to adhoc requests within the HR shared inbox and via the phone, directing employees and Line Managers to guidance on the GoTwO pages, or escalate to a colleague as appropriate
- Oversee a number of activities within defined processes across the full employee lifecycle, such and onboarding, maternity, paternity
- Support in the exit interview process, conducting interviews and analysing data to identify trends, escalating to HR Advisors accordingly
- Produce standard letters and contracts with input from HR Advisors on non-standard content
- Recommend continuous improvement for HR forms and admin processes (manual and automated) to ensure that the information captured is relevant and informative, and the user experience is efficient and friendly
- Provide support to the HR Advisors in complex ER cases through booking of rooms, note taking and drafting of letters where appropriate
- Support the team through posting adverts onto Twinings web pages, Pinpoint, ABF and job boards
- Administer psychometric testing when required for selection and development purposes
- Support the other HR Coordinator in the management of the induction process, including management of stakeholders, ensuring the welcome packs are created and providing a smooth experience for new joiners
- Support the implementation of new HR systems or databases, ensuring accuracy of data and maintaining these accordingly

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven HR administration experience in a team supporting across the employee lifecycle
- Proven experience of HR administration delivery such as HRIS data entry, contracts of employment and contractual amendment letters
- Experience of coordinating a number of HR activities within a project or process
- Strong interpersonal skills; builds and maintains strong and effective working partnerships with managers and colleagues at all levels
- Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed
- Attention to detail; quick and accurate, notices when information doesn’t look right and corrects errors
