HR Coordinator (Full-Time)

The Role

As HR Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all things people-related—keeping HR processes ticking along like clockwork. From recruitment to records, you'll ensure everything is in shipshape order (because even the best schools need someone to keep their "human resources" human!).

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including safer recruitment compliance
  • Maintain and update HR records and systems
  • Support staff onboarding, contracts, and employment documentation
  • Provide administrative support on HR matters including absence monitoring and staff wellbeing
  • Ensure adherence to school policies and relevant employment legislation

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Proven HR experience (essential)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills (you love a good spreadsheet!)
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Good working knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
