Salary: £28,000 – £35,000

We are looking for a communicative, organised and discreet HR Coordinator to join a leading global property investment firm.
Working as part of a close-knit, sociable and supportive HR team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the HR function. Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, you'll help deliver an exceptional employee experience while building strong relationships across the business.

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Prepare contracts, HR documentation and employment letters.
- Support HR reporting and process improvements.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications and company events.
- Coordinate learning and development activities and provide general HR administration.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers across the business.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous HR or strong administrative experience.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities.
- Has exceptional organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Is a confident communicator with a proactive, positive approach.
- Enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
