About the Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our HR team and provide day-to-day support across the employee lifecycle.

Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll help keep our HR operation running smoothly across recruitment, onboarding, employee support, HR systems, development and engagement.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. You'll work with employees, managers, candidates, recruitment agencies and external providers, so you'll need to be comfortable dealing with people and managing a range of priorities.

We're also looking for someone with ambition and potential. You don't need to know everything from day one, but we want someone who is keen to learn, takes ownership and wants to build their HR career. As your knowledge and confidence grow, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment from vacancy through to offer and pre-employment checks.
  • Advertise vacancies, manage candidate communication and arrange interviews.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and preferred recruitment agencies.
  • Take ownership of straightforward recruitment and support more specialist vacancies through agencies.
  • Coordinate onboarding and deliver the HR element of new starter induction.

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers.
  • Coordinate key employee lifecycle processes, including probation and leavers.
  • Track and manage the BPSS process.
  • Prepare routine HR documentation and correspondence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
