  • 4 days a week

This role is a 13-month fixed-term contract, ideally starting early to mid-October 2026, making it ideal for someone who is immediately available and eager to contribute to a well-established team.

Based in Chichester, you will play a vital role in supporting the business, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling administrative tasks within the HR department
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Supporting recruitment processes
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, candidate communications, pre-employment checks, and preparing offer documentation.
  • Manage new starter onboarding, including contracts, induction arrangements, system access, equipment requests, and probation tracking.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and process changes relating to starters, leavers, contracts, salaries, absence, and benefits.
  • Update HR systems and produce reports, ensuring key deadlines such as probation reviews, training, and right-to-work checks are monitored.
  • Support training, appraisal, and performance review administration, maintaining training and CPD records.
  • Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all HR documentation is accurate, confidential, GDPR-compliant, and audit-ready.
  • Escalate complex employee relations or legal matters to the Practice Operations Director as appropriate.
