Greenergy delivers safe, efficient and reliable fuel solutions to customers across road, aviation and marine sectors. As an international transportation fuel supplier, we combine traditional and renewable energy solutions to support our customers through the energy transition.

Are you organised, approachable and experienced in providing responsive and reliable HR support to employees and managers?

We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our HR team. Acting as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, you’ll manage a broad range of HR administration, including starters, leavers, contractual changes, onboarding and employee records. You’ll also provide first-line support on routine employee relations matters, such as absence management and flexible working requests, taking ownership of queries through to resolution and escalating more complex matters where appropriate.

This role would suit someone with experience in HR administration or a shared services environment who combines strong attention to detail with a practical, customer-focused approach. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, handling confidential information and working collaboratively with HR Business Partners and specialist teams.

The role is based in our Manchester office, with hybrid working and a minimum of three office-based days each week. Some travel may be required across the region or wider business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager people queries via the HR Services inbox/Workday helpdesk
  • Manage all people administration associated with starters, leavers, and contractual changes
  • Produce contracts, letters, and documentation in line with policy and employment legislation
  • Provide first-line advice and support on routine employee relations matters, including absence, performance, and low-level conduct issues
  • Own queries from receipt through to resolution, escalating appropriately where required
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR system
  • Support recruitment administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Ensure people processes are followed consistently and to agreed service standards
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and responsive service to employees and managers
  • Identify recurring issues, risks, or process gaps and flag these to the HR Partner
  • Support audits, reporting, and compliance requirements as needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
