My client is looking for a Temporary HR Coordinator to support a busy HR team in Crawley. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.

You’ll be responsible for supporting a range of HR tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during a period of increased workload or transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administration, including contracts, new starter paperwork, and employee files
  • Assist with coordinating recruitment activities and interview scheduling
  • Support onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Handle general employee queries and first-line HR support
  • Assist with absence tracking and reporting
  • Provide support with HR projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in HR administration or coordination
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a supportive approach
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise under pressure
  • HR system experience is helpful
  • CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential
