My client is looking for a Temporary HR Coordinator to support a busy HR team in Crawley. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
You’ll be responsible for supporting a range of HR tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during a period of increased workload or transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration, including contracts, new starter paperwork, and employee files
- Assist with coordinating recruitment activities and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
- Handle general employee queries and first-line HR support
- Assist with absence tracking and reporting
- Provide support with HR projects as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in HR administration or coordination
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a supportive approach
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise under pressure
- HR system experience is helpful
- CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential
