HR Coordinator

Are you an early-career HR professional looking for a role where you can learn, take ownership and make a real difference?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Coordinator to join our HR team and support our employees and managers across the UK and Channel Islands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years' HR experience who wants to broaden their knowledge and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and have exposure to a wide range of HR activities. No two days will be the same. You will play an important role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly and ensuring our employees receive a positive and consistent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting recruitment from vacancy approval through to onboarding, including coordinating interviews, candidate communication and pre-employment checks.
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding and ensuring a great experience for our new starters and departing employees.
  • Preparing contracts, letters, amendments and other HR documentation.
  • Supporting UK and Channel Islands payroll and benefits administration.
  • Managing Right to Work checks and supporting visa and work permit administration.
  • Responding to routine HR queries and supporting managers and employees with HR processes and policies.
  • Coordinating training and supporting learning and development initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate employee information across our HR systems.
  • Supporting performance reviews, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Contributing to HR projects and helping us continuously improve our processes and employee experience.
  • Supporting early careers initiatives and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years' experience working within an HR environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Experience using an HRIS is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting UK and/or Channel Islands payroll is an advantage.
  • French language skills are an advantage.
