About The Role

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer treatments, medications, and procedures according to established protocols and best practices.
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings accurately in medical records.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control policies, and organizational standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting as needed.
