HR Data and Insights Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join Jet2.com and Jet2holidays as our new HR Data and Insights Analyst, playing a key role in shaping how we use people data to support business decisions across the UK and overseas. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who is passionate about turning data into meaningful insights, driving continuous improvement, and helping our People teams and leaders make informed, evidence-based decisions.

In this role, you'll lead the development and delivery of HR dashboards, management information, workforce analytics and reporting, providing valuable insight into our people, performance and future workforce needs. Working closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, IT and the wider business, you'll help us build a data-driven culture while optimising our SuccessFactors platform and reporting capability.

This is a specialist role and strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise is essential. We're looking for an individual who can maximise the value of our people data, reporting and analytics capability through extensive hands-on experience of SuccessFactors, combined with excellent analytical skills and a passion for delivering meaningful business insights.

What You'll Be Doing

HR Data & Analytics

  • Analyse workforce trends including headcount, turnover, retention, absence, diversity, recruitment, performance, and succession planning.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders to improve workforce productivity, engagement, and organisational performance.
  • Develop predictive analytics and trend analysis to support future workforce planning and business forecasting.
  • Create executive-level reports and presentations, translating complex data into meaningful business insights.

SuccessFactors Management & Optimisation

  • Act as the functional expert for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring effective utilisation across Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Learning, Succession, and other modules.

Reporting & Business Intelligence

  • Develop and maintain SuccessFactors Story Reports, Canvas Reports, People Analytics, Tableau dashboards, and other reporting solutions.
  • Create a single source of truth for HR reporting, ensuring consistency and reliability of workforce data.
  • Deliver regular board-level and executive reporting on workforce performance and trends.

Data Governance & Quality

  • Own HR data governance processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and security.
  • Develop and implement data quality controls and auditing processes within SuccessFactors.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with HR Leadership, Finance, IT, Payroll, and operational stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on workforce analytics and HR technology capabilities.

What You'll Have

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential, including Employee Central and Workforce Analytics/People Analytics.
  • You'll be the subject matter expert for the platform, so proven experience of using, optimising and reporting from SuccessFactors in a complex business environment is a must.
  • Strong background in HR reporting, workforce analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Proven experience developing dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SuccessFactors People Analytics.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience managing HR data governance, quality, and compliance requirements.

Ideally You'll Also Have

  • Experience using the wider suite of SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools, including Story Reports and Canvas Reports.
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, predictive analytics, and organisational forecasting initiatives.
  • Experience working within a large-scale, fast-paced, multi-site organisation.
