Summary
The Oracle HCM Data & Establishment Manager is a pivotal role responsible for managing organizational structures, establishment changes, and workforce data within Oracle HCM, especially during local government restructures. This position ensures the accurate and efficient maintenance of organisational hierarchies, position management, and reporting, while delivering high-quality data insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain organizational structures within Oracle HCM.
- Lead establishment changes resulting from restructures, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Oversee updates to the organization tree and position management structures.
- Ensure all changes are correctly reflected and aligned with business requirements.
- Act as a functional expert in Oracle HCM, supporting system configuration and changes.
- Manage updates relating to positions, hierarchies, and workforce data.
- Ensure best practice use of Oracle HCM across HR processes.

Requirements
- Experience working with Oracle HCM, particularly in a functional capacity.
- Proven experience managing organization structures and position management.
- Experience supporting organizational restructures, ideally within local government.
- Strong experience producing reports and analyzing HR data.
- Experience presenting data to senior or strategic stakeholders.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR, data, or systems (desirable).
- Oracle HCM certification or equivalent practical experience (desirable).

Additional Information
- Working hours: 37 hours per week.
- Location: New Road, Grays, Essex, RM176SL, United Kingdom.
- Work pattern: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.
- Bi-weekly schedule.
