HR Digital Analyst

What You Will Do
The HR Digital Analyst will be responsible for leveraging data and technology to optimize HR processes and enhance the employee experience within the company. This role will focus on analyzing HR data, implementing digital solutions, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various HR functions.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide actionable intelligence to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HR technology solutions, including HRIS, talent management systems, and other digital tools.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on the use of HR digital tools and systems.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR data governance policies and procedures.
- Support special projects related to HR analytics, system upgrades, and digital initiatives.
- Provide support in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth rollout of new digital solutions.
What You Need To Succeed
Education
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Previous Experience

- Proven experience (2+ years) in an HR analytics, HRIS, or similar digital HR role in a multinational company.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and experience with system implementation or optimization.
- Previous experience with Time&Absences module.
- Familiarity with HR processes and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
