Prospectus are delighted to be working with an international charity and supporting with the recruitment of a HR Director role.
This role is available on a contract (18 months FTC) and full-time basis. The salary banding for this role is between £80,000-£90,000 per annum. This role is available on a hybrid basis, with the organisation’s office based in London. There will be occasional UK and international travel required.
Within this role, you will lead the People & Culture department and play a key role driving strategic organisational development, workforce planning, and developing a HR function. You will provide expert leadership across employee relations, trade union engagement, safeguarding, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, governance, compliance and organisational culture.

Requirements
To be successful within this role, you will be Chartered MCIPD/FCIPD qualified, with relevant degree-level education or equivalent experience. You will have extensive experience operating at Senior Leadership Team level.
You will have experience leading HR functions through organisational and culture development and workforce planning. You will have experience in managing employee relations matters and trade union negotiations. You will have strong expertise across HR, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Safeguarding. You will also have knowledge/experience using HR systems.
