Join one of the world’s leading and award-winning hospitality groups with outlets featured in the Michelin Guide. The group currently has restaurants in London, Paris, Hong Kong, New York, Miami and Dubai. We currently have 25 venues globally, 7 of which are in London, with 2 more exciting openings to come in London next year and 2 new outlets in the Far East. Notwithstanding the challenging conditions in the UK hospitality industry, we remain in a strong position to grow in the UK and globally.

We are excited to welcome a highly experienced and proactive HR Director to lead and further develop our HR function. We are looking for someone keen to contribute to the growth of both the company and the HR function, who is hands on when needed, works closely with operations as a trusted advisor and can take full ownership of the HR function with decisive leadership and confidence. This is a dynamic role for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact. Hospitality or retail experience is essential.

The role will include responsibility for managing a team of seven HR professionals and will encompass the following:

  • This role reports directly to our Operations Director, works closely with the Owners of the company, COO and CFO. The role is based in London.
  • Providing strategic leadership and full oversight of the HR function, ensuring delivery of high-quality, compliant HR services across the organisation.
  • Leading and developing a team of seven HR professionals, fostering an accountable team environment.
  • Partnering closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and operational needs.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team and employees on all HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, organisational change.
  • Driving a positive and high-performance culture aligned with the company’s values and growth ambitions.
  • Overseeing talent acquisition, retention, succession planning and leadership development to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent.
  • Ensuring performance management frameworks are in place to support employee development and business outcomes.
  • Leading employee engagement initiatives and promoting wellbeing and inclusion.
  • Reviewing and continuously improving HR policies, processes, practices to make sure legal compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and managing organisational risk related to people matters.
  • Overseeing benefits and compensation frameworks to make sure they are competitive and fair.
  • Managing HR budgets and metrics to support informed decision making.
