Join the Close Brothers HR Services Team where you will be responsible for providing administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR operational tasks and activities.

Working as part of the HR Services team our ideal team member will have previous experience in working closely with HR teams to ensure a consistently high-quality service is delivered to employees with excellent attention to detail, maintaining high quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end administration of DSARs, ensuring requests are accurately recorded, documented and managed through to completion.
  • Maintain clear case records and monitor progress against the applicable deadline, escalating risks, delays, scope changes or dependencies to the HR Business Partner and HR Services Manager.
  • Update case information when an extension or revised due date is confirmed by the HR Business Partner.
  • Liaise with external legal partners for support with actioning DSAR requests.
  • Coordinate HR data held including but not limited to HR Systems and employee files.
  • Raise IT search requests for email and Webex chat using the agreed search terms and parameters.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee enquiries, managing the shared inboxes for HR, TA and L&D and ensuring fast turnaround, action or escalation where appropriate
  • Make sure all documents are recorded appropriately and filed securely in line with GDPR requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing enhancements to HR processes
  • Prepare new starter contracts and offer documentation to provide an effective and smooth onboarding experience for both the candidate and line manager
  • Coordinate the pre-employment screening process for new starters
  • Deliver key HR processes including processing employee changes and leavers in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across business areas, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide co-ordination support and assistance for internal talent programmes, development programmes and L&D projects

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Proven stakeholder management skills with an ability to build relationships quickly and work effectively with others.
  • Previous experience supporting HR DSARs, data protection requests, information governance or a similar regulated process.
  • Demonstrable organisational and planning ability.
  • An ability to deliver work to a high standard whilst managing conflicting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience of managing and reporting on data.
  • Confidence using MS office packages – particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Previous experience working within an HR administrative role
  • Forward thinking with a genuine interest in the latest HR practices.
  • CIPD qualified
