Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Dual site: Norwich & Fakenham
Hours: Part-time (12 – 16) hours per week

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and organised HR Generalist to support our team across two locations. This is a varied, hands-on role covering recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, training and personal/ team development plus project work to improve systems and processes within the HR department and wider business.

- Provide guidance to managers on HR matters and employment law updates
About You
- Previous experience in an HR or people-focused role
- Strong understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes
- Good knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Confident working with managers at all levels
