Are you passionate about people and looking to develop your HR career? We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team and support the delivery of an exceptional people experience across our hotel cluster.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR activities, helping managers and team members navigate people processes while contributing to initiatives that enhance engagement, development, wellbeing and performance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery of the annual People Plan across multiple hotels within the cluster.
  • Advising managers and team members on HR policies, procedures and people-related queries.
  • Assisting with onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Delivering company training programmes and supporting learning initiatives.
  • Supporting recruitment activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
  • Coordinating employee recognition and engagement activities.
  • Conducting exit interviews and maintaining accurate reporting.
  • Supporting managers with routine employee relations matters, including absence management and investigations.
  • Managing and promoting internal communications across the cluster.
  • Helping managers optimise the use of HR systems and learning platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
  • A strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence working with HR systems and technology platforms.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for people.
