Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Support new employee onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Respond to employee queries and foster positive employee relations.
- Help maintain a professional, positive, and collaborative workplace culture.
