The Opportunity

As our HR Executive, you'll play a vital role in shaping warpSpeed's culture and attracting the best talent. You'll be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract talent and support development.
  • Onboarding: Design and implement a seamless onboarding programme that helps new hires integrate quickly and become productive members of the team.
  • Performance Management: Set clear expectations, conduct performance reviews, and develop employee skills.
  • Compensation: Manage compensation, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee concerns, maintain positive employee relations, and cultivate a culture of open communication.
  • HR Operations: Lead HR administrative tasks, including recordkeeping, payroll processing, and legal compliance.
  • HR Strategy: Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and programmes that support warpSpeed's overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist or similar role within a fast-paced technology company.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Proven track record of attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, payroll systems).
  • Passion for building a positive and inclusive work environment.
