Circet UK are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team in Slough - 12-MONTH FTC

About the Role
Circet UK is looking for a motivated and proactive HR Generalist to join our growing HR team in East Kilbride. Reporting to the Head of HR (UK), this role is key to delivering exceptional people support across our UK operations.
You'll work closely with managers and employees, providing trusted HR guidance, fostering engagement, and helping shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Responsibilities of a HR Generalist
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support managers with employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Assist in performance management processes - from goal setting to reviews and development planning
- Identify training needs and work with Learning & Development to deliver relevant solutions
- Help drive diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives across the business
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the wider HR team on key projects, ensuring alignment with Circet's strategic goals
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) or equivalent HR qualification (desirable)
- Previous experience (2+ years) in an HR role such as HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, or similar
- Understanding of HR best practice, employment law, and policy frameworks
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using HR data and reporting tools to support decision-making
