Location: Central London
Salary: £70-75k
Hours: 9am-6pm (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

I am partnering with a fast-paced professional services company seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their growing People team. Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a broad and varied role offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, HR operations, and key people projects.

What you'll do:

  • Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries
  • Support ER cases
  • Partner with managers to provide day-to-day HR guidance
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration
  • Maintain HR systems and employee records
  • Support the development of policies, procedures, and HR processes
  • Contribute to people initiatives across talent, performance, reward, and engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement across people and culture

Who You Are

  • 7+ years' experience in a HR Generalist, People Partner, or HR Advisor role where you have managed end-to-end processes across employee lifecycle
  • Experience within professional services, financial services, or a similar high-performance environment is a must
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Degree educated
