We are looking for an HR Generalist based in Singapore to support our operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. The role will manage day-to-day HR activities across the region, while also supporting recruitment activities in coordination with the central recruitment team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable managing multiple HR priorities, working with employees and managers, and ensuring smooth and consistent HR processes across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs, leave, attendance, and other HR administration.
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and processes.
  • Support performance management, employee relations, and other people-related matters.
  • Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with applicable local employment requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external HR/payroll providers where required.
  • Support recruitment activities including job requisitions, interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding, in partnership with the central recruitment team.
  • Assist with HR reporting, people data, and other HR projects as required.

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or similar roles.
  • Experience supporting employees across multiple countries is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Singapore employment practices; exposure to Malaysia and/or Hong Kong is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HRIS and HR systems is preferred.
