About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.
- Proactive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to ethical practices.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract suitable applicants.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
