Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of [X] years of experience in recruitment or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Source, screen, and short-list candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to advise clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
